However, the Trojans quickly regained control thanks to a 10-0 run to close out the quarter.

Leading 24-10, West blew the game wide open in the third quarter, exploding for 27 points as the struggles from the field weighed on East and extended to the defensive side of the ball.

DesGrossiellers led the way and scored eight of his 15 in a three-minute span to stretch the lead to 40-16 as part of an 11-2 run.听

West put the game out of reach and and continued to do so, leading 51-23 entering the fourth quarter.

East will host Bearden on Monday and Jefferson County on Friday as it looks to find some rhythm entering the rapidly approaching tournament season.
