Man arrested after newborn baby found dead in dumpster behind Memphis gas station, police say

A man was arrested days after a newborn baby was found inside of a dumpster behind a gas station, police said. Memphis Police said 45-year-old James Boothe was on his way to the hospital with a girl under the age of 18 when the girl gave birth.
