On Friday, September 27, the Rose Center in Morristown is going to the punks.
Punk-metal band Failure 2 Conform will be the featured act at Live at the Rose Center with the special guests the Marigold Thieves.
This performance is part of the Suicide Awareness shows put on in September by Failure 2 Conform to raise awareness of mental health and suicide prevention through punk metal shows.
The show will begin at 7 pm inside Prater Hall at Rose Center.
Opening at 7 p.m. will be Marigold Thieves, an alternative rock band from Knoxville formed in 2021.
The group consists of Jacob Beach, Joe Wilaniskis, and brothers, Dylan and Drew Coffey.
Growing up, the group was influenced by 90s groups such as Radiohead, Sound Garden, and Foo Fighters. They take that inspiration and mix it with their own folk and jazz influences to produce their own sound.
Headlining the show at 8 p.m., Failure 2 Conform is a punk-metal band from Morristown.
The group is arranged with Jerimia Nimmer on vocals, Shaun Brown on guitar, Chase Barnard on bass, Jordan Dalton on Drums, and Cory Collins on rhythm guitar.
Failure 2 Conform will have a dedicated merchandise table with items available for purchase and all proceeds will benefit the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention, the Tennessee Chapter specifically.
