Chloe Henshaw scored 14 points, Camryn Brown added 13 points and Kaylee Smith added 12 points as the Lady Cougars ran past Grainger 58-31 at The Den.
The first period was balanced as the two teams swapped the lead 11 times before NVA scored the final four points to go up 20-17. It was all Lady Cougars after that as Grainger couldn't get anything going inside.
