A fire on Hidden Hills Way in Parrottsville Wednesday resulted in an estimated $220,000 in damages, but there were no injuries.
According to a report from the Cocke County Sheriff69制片厂制作传媒檚 Office, Sgt. Rodney Hazelwood was called to 3359, Hidden Hills Way for a fire.
Upon Hazlewood69制片厂制作传媒檚 arrival, he interviewed occupants R.V. Maynard and Eva Maynard in the driveway.
There was heavy damage to the front of the home with flames coming from the roof.
R.V. Maynard told Hazelwood said that a breaker had flipped and when he reset it and came back into the home, he noticed sparks coming from the ceiling of one of the rooms.
R.V. Maynard estimated the damages at $220,000.
The Parrottsville Fire Department also responded to the home to put out the fire.
The investigation is ongoing.
