Mitchell Road听69制片厂制作传媒 on Wednesday when her grandson got into a fight with another teenager. Witnesses told police that Brown fired the shot into the ground when the fight started getting out of control.
The affidavit says security cameras at the community center, which is attached to Mitchell High School, recorded the event, and showed a parking lot full of children who ran after the shot was fired.
Brown was taken into police custody and later admitted to firing the shot after one of the kids talked about flipping her car, court documents show.

FOX13 spoke to Brown's son, who said his mother had posted bond Thursday afternoon.
Marcus Clark said he was outraged about her arrest, saying that she was only trying to do the right thing by protecting her grandson from students the family said were bullying him.
Clark said a fight broke out between Brown's grandson and another teenager in the parking lot. The 72-year-old grandmother tried to break up the fight when, Clark said, fired a shot into the asphalt.
In a social media post, Mitchell Community Center said the facility was closed for the remainder of the day following the incident.
Clark said he had a message to parents who bully other students.
"Now when you tell the neighbor the child did something," he said, "you want to argue about what your child didn't do? That's the problem. When are we going to be men and women? Start being parents instead of friends."
