Hampton was there at the literal beginning of the WNBA. Playing for the New York Liberty, Hampton tipped the inaugural WNBA game off against Lisa Leslie on June 21, 1997.
Hampton scored the first basket in New York Liberty history, started every game during the franchise69制片厂制作传媒檚 first three seasons, and was the first player in franchise history to earn 500 rebounds.
Due to an injury, Kym ended her 15-year professional career and was inducted into the New York Liberty 69制片厂制作传媒淩ing of Honor.69制片厂制作传媒69制片厂制作传媒
Hampton69制片厂制作传媒檚 career has not been limited to the basketball court.
As an accomplished vocalists, she has performed at the CMA69制片厂制作传媒檚, Madison Square Garden, Birdland, The Blue Note, Ashford & Simpson69制片厂制作传媒檚 Sugar Bar and live on ESPN, singing the National Anthem for the69制片厂制作传媒 Women69制片厂制作传媒檚 NCAA Basketball championship game.
Hampton is also a plus-sized model having signed with Wilhelmina Models and co-created the Stand Tall Line, with Ashley Stewart. Hampton has been featured in numerous print ads and as a theater major -69制片厂制作传媒 has even worked in the film and television industry.

The breakfast will be January 20 at 9 a.m. at First United Methodist Church in Morristown.
