Coach Johnny Galyon69制片厂制作传媒檚 club scored only 46 points in the loss but burned up the scoreboard for 56 in the first half against the Lady Black Knights.
Jhaniya Mitchell and Delaney Weddington combined for 38 points in the first two periods as West won for the seventh time in 12 games. West plays North Greene at 9:30 a.m. on Tuesday.
Mitchell led four players in double figures with 24 while Weddington scored all 21 of her points before intermission. She attempted just one shot in the final two quarters.
Kalyca Dinkins added 14 to the Lady Trojans69制片厂制作传媒 attack and Aubrie Messer had 11.
Tralyn Southerland had 11 and Kennedy Brown 10 for Chuckey-Doak.
West poured in 33 of 67 from the floor for 49 percent and hit 5 of 17 from behind the arc. The Lady Black Knights made 13 of 51 for 25 percent and finished 1 of 11 from three-point distance.
Mitchell stuffed the stat sheet for West as she added 13 rebounds, four steals, four blocked shots and three assists.
The Lady Trojans had a 38-24 rebounding edge. Messer added seven for West.

It was never a game. West broke out of a 2-2 tie early with a 15-point run and never looked back. Weddington did it all in the first quarter. She scored the first 11 in the big run and finished with 17 as the Trojans led 29-11 at the first break.
The Lady Trojans never let up in the second stanza, pouring in 27 more points with Mitchell getting 17 this time. Chuckey-Doak never scored back-to-back baskets in the first half.
It was a 30-point halftime lead at 56-26 and the lead reached 40 late in the third quarter. It was 76-38 heading to the fourth frame when the clock ran continuously.
