Residential development continues as new Monte Vista Apartments are ready for occupants at the development at the corner of Walters Drive and Cherokee Drive in Morristown.
Guzman Properties and Development has developed the 36 unit apartment building and describes the apartments as luxurious and being 69制片厂制作传媒渄esigned with modern living in mind69制片厂制作传媒 for people looking for comfort, convenience, or a community vibe.
69制片厂制作传媒淭here are six three-bedroom, six one-bedroom, and twenty-four two-bedroom units,69制片厂制作传媒 Guzman General Manager Lee Shepard said.
The units are relatively large with the one-bedroom apartments being 800 square feet, the two-bedroom units being 1100 square feet.
However, the rental price for the units are in line with national averages and with Morristown69制片厂制作传媒檚 continued march away from housing affordability.
Units start out at $1500 per month and go up to $1800 per month, with the first and last month69制片厂制作传媒檚 rent, as well as a security deposit, required at signing.

Shepard reports there are plans for a commercial development on their 28 acre tract and more residential development further into the property.
