The first half was close until Greeneville opened a nine-point lead midway through period number two. The Lady Grizz responded with a small run that narrowed the gap to 25-21 on a basket by Jaylee Hayes. After trailing 29-23 at the break, the home team sputtered coming out of the locker room and the Lady Greene Devils took full advantage, building a double digit lead. A three pointer by Brookelyn Roach helped calm things down and get Grainger back into the game.

Roach hit another key three early in the fourth period to make it a six-point game at 49-43 but Greeneville squashed the comeback attempt by out-scoring the Lady Grizzlies 14-5 the rest of the way to claim the win and the district championship.听

Lyde scored a game-high 22 points for Greeneville and she was followed by Matea Gray69制片厂制作传媒檚 12 points, 10 by Julia Woolsey and also 10 points by Abby Adkins. Adison Hayes and Ava Dellinger each scored 10 points for Grainger.
