Hamblen County Sheriff Chad Mullins and Captain David Cribley were the guest speakers at Friday69制片厂制作传媒檚 Kiwanis Club meeting.
Mullins told the club sbout the changes implemented since he became Sheriff and highlighted several of the HCSO69制片厂制作传媒檚 accomplishments.
Mullins pointed to receiving $481,582 in grant funds for equipment and training, active shooter training hosted by retired Navy Seals and building partnerships with other law enforcement agencies.
Mullins also shared Hamblen County crime statistics from 2024 and the success of the Jail to Work Program, Drug Court and Mental Health Court.
Cribley discussed the SRO program and the implementation of the D.A.R.E. program and plans for its expansion.
The Sherrif69制片厂制作传媒檚 Office offered thanks to Kiwanian Gary Matthews for the invitation to speak and to Matthew Ulrich, club president for the warm reception.
