A Whitesburg woman was arrested Sunday in a traffic stop and also had drugs hidden on her person when she was being booked.
Lisa Ann Hart, 57, was charged Oct. 27 with two counts manufacture/delivery/sale/possession of meth and one count each of possession of paraphernalia, improper lane usage, Schedule V drug violations, contraband in penal institution and tampering with/fabricating/destruction of evidence.
According to a report from the Hamblen County Sheriff69制片厂制作传媒檚 Office, at 4:55 p.m., deputies from the HCSO Narcotics/Gang Unit conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle, driven by Hart, for crossing the white fog line on West Andrew Johnson Highway. A K-9 was called to sniff the vehicle for presence of narcotics, in which a positive response was made.
A search of the vehicle resulted in a 10.53-gram baggie of meth and two oval pills with 69制片厂制作传媒淚 2169制片厂制作传媒 markings on one side, the report said.
At 5:58 p.m., after being taken into custody, Hamblen County jailers notified the Narcotics/Gang Unit that Hart had a 1.86-gram baggie of meth inside her bra.
She was booked and processed and remains in custody.
