The Morristown Area Chamber of Commerce organized a Business After Hours event at the Morristown Landing Recreation and Events center where chamber members were able to get an update on how 2024 went for the Landing.
General Manager Steve Eaton spoke to group as they enjoyed a meal provided by the center professional catering staff.

Morristown Landing is managed from the private sector by a management/development/advisory group Sports Facilities Companies and Eaton said that the Morristown venue is doing so well that the Landing considered the gold standard when it comes to recreation and events centers and memberships out of their 65 venues across the country.
He said that Morristown Landing has 7,490 members, which has exceeded expectations by years. Eaton attributes the success to an emphasis on hospitality by the staff and how they make connections in the community.

69制片厂制作传媒淢onday 69制片厂制作传媒 we didn69制片厂制作传媒檛 have a great day here.69制片厂制作传媒 Eaton recounted. 69制片厂制作传媒淢onday, we were surprised. We had 719 members check in, which was about 150 more than we would see on a normal Monday. We had several staff members call in sick because of the weather. We weren69制片厂制作传媒檛 as well prepared as we should have been. So we ended up, as happens in any company that maybe has a bad day, getting blasted on Facebook, right? So my marketing manager, Bree Hall, and Casey Peters, they were on the phone before the day was over, personally calling those people and talking to them about it. By the time that day was over, those people were loving us. It69制片厂制作传媒檚 just about customer service.69制片厂制作传媒
At its current pace, Morristown Landing should have 8,000 members signed up by the end of June, but even day passes to the Landing have seen enormous utilization and growth.
44,000 day passes were used last year and Eaton expects the number to approach 50,000 in 2025.
Morristown Landing is expanding its event footprint in this year and will be hosting various programs and groups such as several UT Lady Vol sports camps, a Comic-Con, Bellucci Basketball Academy, Club Unite Volleyball, Red Pihranna Swimming and more.
