Breath of Life Ministries will hold a fundraising car wash beginning at 10 a.m. Saturday, June 22, hosted by the Brothers to Brothers program, at Advanced Auto Parts Store, 2305 West AJ Highway in Morristown. The cost of wash is donations only.
Hopewell Missionary Baptist Church, along with help from the Claiborne County community, has organized a benefit singing for Springdale Missionary Baptist Church scheduled for Saturday, June 22 at 4 p.m. at the Claiborne High School Auditorium in Tazewell. Featured singers include The Heavenly Heirs, Forgiven, The Powers Family, The Scrap Iron Quartet, C.F. Bailey and Shadow Ridge. All proceeds will go towards the rebuilding of Springdale Missionary Baptist Church. Concessions will be sold.
